Book Clubs
Policy
We love being a part of your book clubs at Hills & Hamlets, which is why we have decided to create some guidelines to make sure that they stay organized and that we can give you the best experience possible.
If you are looking for us to order a book for your book club, we need to know the book name, title, and quantity at least 30 days prior to when you need the book. All books will be ordered in paperback (if available) unless hardcover is specifically requested. Often times, especially with new releases, books can be out of stock, and they can take a few weeks for warehouses to get them and ship them out. Please e-mail us at: hillsandhamlets@gmail.com to coordinate orders with us.
We will hold the requested books for one week from the day they arrive at Hills & Hamlets (providing that they are in good condition), which allows book club members time to come and purchase them. We will e-mail you once we get them in, inspect them, and make sure that there are no damages. After a week, we will put them out onto the shelves for the public to purchase.
Communication is key: please communicate with us if you there are any changes to the requested book club pick. We are currently not taking any requests to host book clubs in our space. Questions? Comments? Please e-mail us at: hillsandhamlets@gmail.com
